TRIMMING OF HOMEOWNER TREES
If your trees are impeding the use of the sidewalk, please trim your trees back. This is very important as that gives our residents and more importantly our children a safe place to walk and ride their bikes without having to go into the road.
WARNING WARNING WARNING
Please keep children, pets, and all adults
out of the canals/waterways. They are very dangerous!
PLEASE SLOW DOWN
We have many children in our neighborhood so please slow down when driving. Please remind the young drivers in your family as well as their friends to slow down when they are driving in our neighborhood.
Remember, any additions or changes to the exterior of your home/lot or landscaping MUST be approved, in writing, by the Architectural Committee prior to any work being started on your property. The Architectural Committee Request Form can be found on the HOA Information page of this website. Please fill out the form and email it to Beth Ellen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is a reminder that all trash cans must be stored in your garage or screened from public view (see CC&R 5.13d). Homeowners that continue to leave their trash cans within public view will be fined.

CLARIFICATION OF CC&R SECTION 5.15 AND THE STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES WITHIN THE SEDONA CREEK SUBDIVISION
Lately there has been some confusion on what is allowed concerning the storage of recreational vehicles within the community.
The CC&R’s of July 1, 2003 – Article V – Permitted Uses and Performance - Section 5.15 – Boats, Campers, and Other Vehicles state that all vehicles other than automobiles shall be kept behind the front yard setback.
In March 2006, a majority of Sedona Creek homeowners voted to have Amendment 5.15 changed. The new Amendment 5.15 states that these all vehicles other than automobiles shall be kept at all times behind the front yard setback and not exposed to public view. Meaning if you can see it from public view, it’s not allowed on your property.
There are some homeowners that have been “grandfathered in” and have the right to store recreation vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. behind their front yard setback because they were allowed by the developer of Sedona Creek before the changed Amendment 5.15 was enacted. When these properties are sold they will become subject to the restrictions of the March 2006 Amendment 5.15 without exception.
If, however, you need to park your RV, boat, trailer, etc. in your driveway or on the side of your house for a few days, you need to submit the TEMPORARY CC&R EXEMPTION REQUEST FORM to the Association Management Company for approval. This form can be found on the SedonaCreekEagle.com web site or by calling HOAPMC at 208-939-9940.
We hope this helps clarify any confusion regarding the storage of recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. within the Sedona Creek subdivision.
